God's Word comes alive and becomes transformative when it's applied to people's real lives, within their many contexts. Anything else is just a read through the Bible. Living in Harmony Christian Ministry Services offers authentic, small scale solutions and opportunities for churches, groups and individuals seeking to grow in God, develop ministry skills and/or participate in a fellowship of believers just trying to be in community and live out our faith together. We offer a curated menu of services that includes pulpit supply, workshops and conferences, Christian coaching and counseling, and our signature service, the "Preaching and Teaching Learning Cohort" for new or aspiring Christian ministers.

We're currently developing a menu of community-building engagements designed to bring the Body of Christ in our local area more closely together in relationship. These promising events include quarterly "Bible Talk" dinners, small group study opportunities and God in Nature seasonal events such as prayer walks and contemplative moments. Rev. Crystal

One thing Rev. Crystal is eternally grateful for is growing up "in the church". While this may not be a desirable thing to many, Rev. Crystal has a keen understanding that her salvation and calling was designed by God, but left to her own devices, she may have never chosen that good and proper path for her own life. Growing up in the community of believers not only covered and sheltered her at times, but she learned early that the safest place in the whole wide world is truly in the will of Jesus Christ!

Born and raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Rev. Crystal had enjoyed more than 20 years in early childhood education and leadership when God called her to Northern Theological Seminary. There she pursued a Master of Divinity degree and graduated as the first African American female to receive the Bryan F. Archibald Preaching Award, in 2016. With a love for God and a sincere heart for people Rev. Crystal seeks most to show people that God walks with us, through our entire lives, in real and close relationship. She shares this hopeful truth through writing, publishing and speaking all over the country.

About Rev. Thomas

Rev. Thomas is a man of many talents but one of his ongoing loves is reading and drawing meaning from the Word of God. Raised Roman Catholic, Rev. Thomas set out at the age of 16 to find truth. Through many false religions, experiences with the very real power of the enemy and one year-long read through the Bible, Rev. Thomas found the truth and accepted Jesus Christ into his life. Since that time more than 30 years ago he's endeavored to share his love for God's Word with others and invite them to go ever deeper into the fascinating history and spirituality of the Bible.

Rev. Thomas is an accomplished musician, gifted Bible teacher and a licensed and certified Christian Counselor with an emphasis in Temperament Counseling. Now, he seeks to create a multimedia organization where he can partner with others to share the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a variety of ways, across the country.
